Overview
Each glass is individually handcrafted in Italy with meticulous attention to detail.
Because of the artisanal, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or issue refunds in the event of damage or defect upon delivery.
By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@megliadino.com.
Include the following in your message:
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Your order number and full name
Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement (subject to availability), or
- A full refund to your original payment method
We may request that the damaged item be returned or properly disposed of, depending on the case.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade nature of our glassware, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Slight variations in color, shape, or texture — these are normal characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship
This policy ensures fairness to all customers and upholds the integrity of our limited production process.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For approved damaged or defective cases, we cover all shipping costs related to the replacement or refund process.
No other return shipping requests will be accepted.
4. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of confirmation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
